Where are you located?

We are a dual family owned business and work from our homes in Dupo and Waterloo, Illinois in the St. Louis Metro East.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

What is your return policy?

Do you do custom design orders?

We can, but don't accept every request, feel free to email us your vision at customerservice@creationstationdesigns.com and if we can't help we will refer you to someone.

What brand of shirts do you use?

We use Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Next Level and Rabbit Skins.

Do you sell your designs?

Our designs are trademarked and we do not sell rights to our designs.

What charities do you donate to?

We contribute to a variety of charities and organizations locally and nationally.
Annually we give back a portion of our sales to national organizations tied on with the individual causes design.
Starting January 2019 we will choose a different charity at the end of each month to give back locally in the Greater St. Louis area.

How long does it take for my order to ship after the order is placed?

Each item is handmade, packaged and shipped by us within 5-10 business days. You can choose expedited 2-3 day shipping for an additional $10.

How long does delivery to my home take?

We are in Illinois in the St. Louis Metro East. Regular mail usually (not guaranteed) takes 3-5 business days depending how far you are from us. Priority Mail is 2-3 business days. Tracking information is provided on all orders. Creation Station Designs, LLC will only respond to requests to track orders that have gone beyond 14 BUSINESS days from the date the order was placed.
